1. Overview
Card Diary App (“the App”) is a vehicle and equipment fuel log tool. It works offline. We do not create user accounts, operate a backend server for your log data, or sell your information.
This policy explains what information is handled when you use the App, how it is stored, and your choices.

2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, transmit, or store on our servers:
- Name, email, phone number, or account credentials
- Precise or approximate location / GPS
- Photos, camera, microphone, or contacts
- Advertising ID, analytics, or crash reports
- Payment or financial account information
- Browsing history or tracking data across other apps/websites
The App does not require login and does not include ads or third-party analytics SDKs.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
All content you enter is stored only on your device using local storage. This may include:
- Vehicle/equipment details (number, model, readings, rates, tank capacity/balance, alerts)
- Daily fuel and run/hours logs
- Place-to-distance entries you type (place names and kilometers)
This data stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it.
4. How Your Information Is Used
On-device data is used solely to provide App features, such as:
- Tracking fuel usage and run/hours
- Showing tank balance and alerts
- Managing place–km charts
- Generating PDF or Excel files when you export
We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or selling.
5. Sharing and Export (User-Controlled Only)
The App may let you:
- Export reports (for example PDF month closing report or KM list)
- Import/export place–km data (for example Excel)
- Share the App via your device’s share sheet
- Open the store listing (“Rate Us”) in the Play Store / browser
When you share or export, the recipient app you choose (WhatsApp, Mail, Drive, Files, etc.) receives the file or text. That sharing is initiated by you; we do not upload those files to our servers.
6. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or cloud sync services for your log data.
Opening the store listing or sharing content may involve Google Play, Apple, or the apps you select; their privacy policies apply to those services.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
- Data remains on your device until you delete it in the App or remove the App.
- Uninstalling the App typically deletes local App data from that device.
- We do not hold a copy of your logs on our servers, so we cannot recover them after deletion or uninstall.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App in a way that concerns you, contact us using the details above.
9. Security
Because data is stored locally on your device, protection depends on your device security (passcode/biometrics, OS updates, who has physical access). We do not transmit your fuel-log data over the internet as part of normal App operation.

11. International Users
The App processes data on your device. If you export or share files, those files may leave your device under the policies of the apps and services you use.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
